At ManoramaDigit, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and web development services in a timely and professional manner. Our delivery policy outlines the guidelines and timelines for our service fulfillment.

1. Service Delivery Timeline

  • The delivery time for our Digital Marketing ( e.g., SEO Campaigns, Google Ads / PPC Campaigns, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, Design & Creative Assets and WhatsApp Marketing / Video Services..etc) and Website Design & Development Services varies based on the project scope and complexity.
  • Standard Digital Marketing projects are typically delivered within 5 to 14 business days.
  • Larger or custom projects may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.
  • Expedited delivery options are available for urgent projects at an additional cost.

 

Note: Delays due to late client feedback, content/materials, or third-party approvals (e.g., ad platform reviews) are not included in the delivery timeline.

2. Delivery Method

  • All digital content and services are delivered electronically via email or through a designated online platform.
  • For website content or SEO services, we provide files in Word, PDF, or any other requested format.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email upon successful delivery of the requested services

3. Client Responsibility, Clients are expected to:

  • Provide clear requirements and necessary content (logos, text, images, access credentials, etc.).
  • Approve designs, content, and campaign materials in a timely manner.
  • Communicate changes or feedback clearly and promptly.

Failure to respond or provide inputs may lead to delays in delivery for which ManoramaDigit will not be held responsible.

 

4. Revisions & Final Handover, We offer up to 2 free revisions for each content piece to ensure satisfaction, unless otherwise specified. After final approval:

  • Website files, credentials, or backups (if included) will be handed over.
  • Reports for SEO, PPC, or campaign performance will be shared monthly or at project completion.
  • Final creative files (e.g., logos, banners, videos) will be shared in standard formats (e.g., PNG, MP4, PDF).
  • Additional revisions beyond the free limit may be subject to extra charges.
  • Revision requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.

5. Delayed Delivery

  • While we strive to meet all deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays.
  • If a delay occurs, we will promptly notify the customer and provide a revised timeline.
  • Customers may request a refund if we fail to meet the agreed-upon deadline without prior notice (as per our refund policy).

6. Urgent Requests :

Urgent delivery or fast-track services may be available at an additional cost. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability

7. Non-Delivery of Services

  • If a service is not delivered due to technical or communication issues, customers must notify us within 7 business days.
  • We will take immediate action to resolve the issue and ensure delivery
